Replacement Parts

On the rear heat shield of every freestanding Metro fire, there will be a compliance label which details exactly which model you have. If you cannot find this label or have an Insert or Built-In model, please upload a couple of photos of your Metro fire and/or existing parts and include as many details, and dimensions as you can within the message area. One of our technical team will be in touch to assist you.

Service Technician

Some of our retail partners are operating under Alert Level 4 providing essential services. If your Metro wood burner requires servicing, maintenance or you need a wood fire installed because your home has no heating source, please include as many details as you can within the message area.
