Pioneer Climate Control Systems

Pioneer offer a 1-room and a 3-room Heat Transfer Duct to maximise the usage of heat throughout the home. Pioneer also offer a Fresh Air Kit which can be installed in addition to the 3 room Heat Transfer Duct which will circulate fresh cool filtered air from the exterior of the home in the warmer summer months. All kits comprise of quality components including fans, insulated ducting, superior adjustable outlet diffusers and a stylish thermostat.

Optional Extras include:

• 4th Room kit
• 150mm ducting x 3metres (with connector and tape)
• 200mm ducting x 3metres (with connector and tape)

Pioneer 1 Room Heat Transfer Duct

The 1 Room Duct is ideal for smaller homes or if you are only requiring one additional room to be heated. The 1 Room Duct comes with a fan capable of moving 320m3 per hour.

Components included:

• 1 x 150mm dia. fan module • 2 x 3m lengths of 150mm dia. insulated duct • 1 x 150mm dia spider vent intake grill
• 1 x 150mm dia adjustable cone outlet diffusers • 1 x roll of ducting tape • 1 x thermostat

Pioneer 3 Room Deluxe Heat Transfer Duct

The 3 Room Duct is suitable for all homes that require even heat throughout the entire home. It comes standard with a 3 speed fan/controller and superior European designed mixed-flow fan which has a maximum airflow of 910m3 per hour. A 4th room kit can be added as an optional extra.

• 1 x 200mm dia. 3 speed fan module • 2 x 3m lengths of 200mm dia. insulated duct • 3 x 3m lengths of 150mm dia. insulated duct
• 1 x 200mm dia spider vent intake grill • 3 x 150mm dia adjustable cone outlet diffusers

Pioneer Climate Control System

Why not utilise your Pioneer 3 Room Heat Transfer Duct all year round and add a Pioneer Fresh Air Kit and circulate fresh filtered air throughout the home during summer. The Fresh Air Kit is an extension of the Pioneer 3 Room Heat Transfer Duct and is an ideal way to keep your home cool over summer and provide a dry and healthy environment for your family. The Pioneer Fresh Air Kit utilises the quality components of the Heat Transfer Duct and adds extra ducts, dampers and a high grade 0.4 micron filter.

• 1 x 200mm intake grill • 200mm in-line filter • 1 x 6m length of 200mm dia. Unilok duct • 2 x 150mm x 3m insulated duct

Pioneer Ceiling Fans - Distribute warm air

A ceiling fan operating in rooms with high ceilings will distribute the warm air throughout the room by drawing the warm air up, bouncing it off the ceiling and down the walls so as not to create a draft in the living zones of the room. Supplied with a 3 speed control swtich, Pioneers ceiling fans come in white with a reversible motor enabling them to be used for cooling in the summer months.

Pioneer Fireguards - Safety first

Pioneer fire guards offer a sturdy yet elegant way of protecting your family. The outer frame is manufactured from extruded aluminium, giving a seamless smooth finish that is extremely strong and further strengthened by a fully welded steel mesh inner.

Coated in a satin black powdercoated finish, Pioneer fire guards come complete with a unique spring release clip which enables the guard to be securely attached to a wall. An adult can easily reach inside the guard to release the mechanism, which is not accessible to smaller children.

Pioneer fire guards are manufactured in a range of sizes to suit the full range of Pioneer floor protectors available.

Metro Ash Pots & Metro Stainless Steel Firetool Sets

The Metro Ash pot is an easy, clean and hassle free way to remove ashes from your open fire, wood fire or pellet fire. Simply connect to your vacuum cleaner and start cleaning. Tested, approved and highly recommended by Metro.

The Metro Firetool set is a collection of purpose designed tools to provide a contemporary solution to fireplace maintenance.

Pioneer Flue Brush - The superior flue cleaning brush

Pioneers unique telescopic handle assembly is made from T6 anodized aluminium for strength and durability, and its simple to use spring clip and telescopic design ensures you never loose handles and it stores away neat and tidy. Available with optional fixed and flexible extensions for any length or shape flue system. The nylon bristle brush head incorporates a top eyelet enabling it to double as a pull through brush for those really awkward installations. Available with 150mm diameter brush head only.

Pioneer Fire Cement

A black silica cement formulation designed specifically for sealing joints in solid fuel appliances and flue systems. Cleans up in water.

Pioneer Flashrites & Versatiles

Made from UV resistant EPDM these flashings are visually appealing due to their low profile design. The flashrite incorporates an aluminium support ring with the Versatiles are available with either lead or aluminium soaker plates pre-fitted as illustrated.

Pioneer Stovebright Paint

Stovebright is a premium high temperature coating manufactured in the USA. Available in both Metallic Black and Satin Black.

Smoke Detectors

Pioneer offer two types of smoke detectors, being photoelectric and ionisation. Photoelectric smoke detectors are less likely to false alarm, and are suited for kitchen and bathroom areas, whereas ionisation smoke detectors are more sensitive and are more suited throughout the rest of the home.

Replacement Fire Bricks & Baffles

Pioneer offer a “cut to order” service through its retailer network enabling the supply of composite bricks and baffles cut to any size or shape.
This composite material is made from compressed calcium silicate which can easily sustain the extreme temperatures attained inside a wood fires firebox. Available in 15mm and 20mm thicknesses, these bricks are ideal for most fires and very popular for older model fires when that brand may no longer be available.
